Well it's the start of a new year and like last year I told myself you will loose weight and after loosing half stone, March approached as life goes that was it and since the weight has increased. This year I have made the same resolution to 'loose weight' but with few differences this year the first join slimming world as I think being part of group will help, looking after myself for change, not letting life stress me out to dispair. As it's Monday after new year it's now good day to start and after weighing myself this morning which was 'scary' it's def time to start today I will share my starting weight in few weeks time it still needs to sink in.... So far this morning I've had Baked oats not bad specially as I don't like cereal or porridge, the next batch I'm going to add some cinnamon think that will add to the flavour. To help me not fail I've started this blog to add what's good, bad and my struggles a long the way so here's to slimmer healthier 2017.
